THE WALL THICKNESS

Welded thin-wall tube made of cold rolled steel sheet with very high tensile strength (700-800 N/mm^2).
FIMM first developed this technology offering light and strong handles.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

The wall thickness and the tensile strength of the metal are the most important factors determining the strength of the handle and heavily influencing the cost.
FIMM has the policy to guarantee these features (see the page Quality Assurance) within very strict tolerances.
FIMM deplores the fact that some competitors don't supply correct thickness and strength cheating the buyers and obtaining unfair profit, even if quoting cheaper prices.
